Four songs, recorded in the Warsaw room where Windy rehearse, produced by Adam Batruch. Warm and spacious, with the rough edges left in - guitar music for late trains and empty cities.
Cztery piosenki, nagrane w warszawskiej sali, w której Windy próbują, wyprodukowane przez Adama Batrucha. Ciepło i przestronnie, z zostawionymi surowymi krawędziami - gitarowa muzyka na nocne pociągi i puste miasta.
Bass as the foundation and often the lead, clean guitar kept at a distance, a dry groove, vocals close to the mic - part of the sound, not above it. A band playing together in a room. Not loudness, not polish.
Bas jako fundament i często motyw przewodni, czysta gitara z dystansem, suchy groove, wokal blisko mikrofonu - część brzmienia, nie ponad nim. Zespół grający razem w jednym pokoju. Nie głośność, nie polerowanie.
The words are sung in English (sometimes Polish), deliberately plain and deadpan - sound and phrasing over correct grammar, in the spirit of Jonathan Richman and the Modern Lovers.
